Shipping costs can be determined by adding the item to your shopping cart, then entering your Province and Postal Code in the Shipping Estimate Calculator.
All regular sized items will be shipped within four (4) business days of placing a order. Deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Friday, between 8am – 5pm local time. Up to three (3) attempts for delivery will be made; undelivered items will be held at the local post office or warehouse for pick up until the time noted on the delivery notice.
Daily storage charges will apply for all Freight Company [skidded shipments] beginning 48 hours after initial contact from the Freight Company. If the product is not delivered within 48 hours of initial contact these charges will go into effect. The charges are solely the customers responsibility. Storage charges include weekends and holidays.
Undeliverable and returned shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Orders shipping to rural areas may be subject to additional shipping charges, which varies depending on size and weight of the product(s) being shipped. Should this be the case for your order, a sales associate will contact you to make specific delivery arrangements and discuss total shipping costs.
Rural areas may include: NWT, Northern Quebec, Northern Manitoba, Newfoundland and Labrador.
Please note: Altas Strength Inc cannot ship items to Nunavut. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Items over 150lbs (68kg) will be shipped via common freight carrier. Please note: all deliveries are curb-side only and we do require that the carrier call and make an appointment for delivery. Someone must be home to accept and sign for the product.Oversized items ship on a weekly basis please allow 10-15 business days for arrival.
In-Store Pickup Orders
Online order’s are available for pickup without incurring any shipping charges at address 3-190 Silver Star Blvd Scarborough, ON M1V0E5. Once the order is placed, your order will begin the process towards completion and you will be e-mailed the needed paperwork for pickup once the order is ready. Once order is ready items will be held for 7 days only.
1. We have a policy of return/replacement within 7 days of delivery of the product. In case, if you received a damaged product, it must be report to us within 48 hours of delivery. If the product is delivered defective or damage, in that case customer needs to inform us all the detail through Email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
2. Products should be unused. All item must be return in their original condition, with invoice, product guideline book, original accessories and original manufacturer’s box/packaging.
3. Pick it up and send it back. You will be responsible for paying shipping cost for returning your items
4. Please note that we do not offer refund or replacement for incorrect addresses being entered in the order detail.
5. ALL SALE ARE FINAL. Final sale products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
