I would like to add the first review on this product, which I think is a great light commercial Smith Machine, it has all the attachments and capabilities of any fully commercial machine. I purchased the AL-3000 back at the beginning of March. I wanted to wait until I visited York Barbell and pick up my weights, before I put it together. I began putting it together on Saturday the 22nd of March. I did a little each day and finished Monday night. The total time for one person to erected this smith machine is approximately 3.5 to 4 hours. The last part of the instructions were to trace the cables through the machine. The exploded version of the drawings were not that great. I contacted Atlas strength for support. I spoke with a representative who assured me they could help me get the cables traced and setup. I was in constant communication with the representative through the entire process. The representative ask me which area of the machine I was having an issue with and they assisted. The level of customer service I experienced when purchasing this piece of gym equipment was outstanding !! I was contacted by an Atlas representative approximately 2 to 3 days after my equipment arrived and asked if I needed any assistance or have any questions about the equipment or setup. I searched for quite sometime before making my decision on what manufacturer I would go with to purchase my equipment. I am truly glad I made the decision and selected Atlas Strength. I contacted many manufacturers and most don’t have the weight capacity and capabilities as Atlas Strength Machines. I would definitely recommend Atlas as top tier, when it comes to equipment and customer service support.
