When will I receive my order once it's completed
Typically, orders are shipped out within 3-5 days and transit takes about 7-10 business days.
What is your return policy?
We have a policy of return/replacement within 7 days of delivery of the product. In case, if you received a damaged product, it must be report to us within 48 hours of delivery. If the product is delivered defective or damage, in that case customer needs to inform us all the detail through Email ([email protected]) within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
What is the warranty on the Smith Machine?
Our Smith machines come with a warranty, usually covering manufacturing defects. Please refer to the product documentation for specific details.
